Should any item fail to meet the agreed specification it will be immediately replaced F.O.C. and without question. Spot colour business letterheads, compliment slips and business cards will normally arrive within five to seven days from order. Full colour brochures, catalogues and flyers take longer to allow time for us to complete the design to your satisfaction. Once approved you will receive your print within 5 - 10 days.
